Attend customers/Third-party audit, respond to quality management-related questions raised by customers on-site and ensure smooth passing of the audit. 4, Complain to customers/Investigate, analyze reasons, improve and track returned products, organize internal meetings to review relevant responsibilities, and produce8DReport promptly and respond to the customer until the case is closed 5. Promote the training of quality department personnel on corporate culture, job skills, and quality inspection standards to ensure that quality control personnel are qualified for job requirements

1More than three years of quality management experience in manufacturing and electronics factories;
