Sourcing & Project Manager

China 2 West is looking for a Sourcing and Project Manager to join our fantastic C2W Group. You will serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external suppliers for sourcing, cost, and contract negotiations. You will use your industry knowledge and practices to support the development, implementation, and management of global sourcing projects with optimal pricing, flexibility, quality and supply assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate and select potential suppliers based on customer’s enquiry and orders.
• Manage sourcing projects and report on pricing, cost, and timelines.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements, product specifications, business industries, etc.
• Negotiate with suppliers on costing, sample, lead time, payment and other related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotation and sampling to customers.
• Manage and maintain a master file (supplier database, quotations, records, documents, etc.)
• Monitor closely on production, quality and delivery schedules
• Develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Arrange and participate in supplier site audits.
• Undertake any tasks assigned by the direct manager and company senior management.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• High level of written and verbal English.
• Effective communication and good negotiation skills.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly to different industry knowledge, business practices, etc.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional skills.
• Comfortable to travel nationwide and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and short lead times.
• Highly proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
