• Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients to fully understand their needs
• Search for new customer sources and expand markets
• Negotiate and convince customers to use the service, draft a contract after the customer has agreed. Set up contract signing procedures and save the contract
• Monitor service quality, contact to resolve problems that arise during contract implementation
• Implement business strategies and advertising for the companys existing and new products
• Design tour according to customers request
• Achieves personal and team related revenue goals
• Receive, update and process customer information
