CHUYÊN VIÊN THẨM ĐỊNH TÍN DỤNG/Credit Underwriter

-Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit;
-Complete loan application credit review, including credit analysis and summary of credit request and recommendations, and submit to BOD for approval as required.
-Examine loan documentations for accuracy and completeness while working with operations and sales staff to secure all required documents.
- detailed review of financial statements, credit reports, and all other supporting documentation to ensure that credit criteria are upheld.
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal staff and external customers by explaining credit decisions and offering alternative options when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable underwriting guidelines by learning any business unit policies and/or guidelines. Provide proactive feedback on potential policy improvements.
- Responsible for conducting research on borrowers and industries.
- Takes ownership of the credit process, making decisions in the best interest of the customer and organization
- Provides support to account executives on customer calls or site visits as needed for high value applications.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prevent cases of falsification.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management/BOD

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Graduated from University or higher majoring in Banking/ Finance/ Accountant/ Business Administration or other related fields.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience working at a bank/financial institutions in the field of credit appraisal/approvals with specific experience in retail and/or SME segments.
Analytical thinker with research proficiencies.
Ability to use reasonable and sound judgment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills, including oral and written.
Ability to conduct research into borrowers and industries to be abreast with factors that may affect profitability and the borrower’s ability to repay loans.
Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
A keen interest in green energy or knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage (not a prerequisite).
