Mô tả công việc

• Manage the customer accounts.
• Understand the enquiry from customer by phone conversation and emails & Provide shipping solutions to customers.
• Submit SI & VGM to carriers accurately and on time after receiving and checking SI from customers.
• Send Pre-Alert to Oversea Agent.
• Coordinate Account to follow payment (make Debit Note, remind customers to settle payment on time).
• Track and trace shipment status with carriers and follow releasing cargo at destination to avoid any charges incurred.
• Solve all troubles to ensure all steps go smoothly.
• Responsible enquiry from customers and agents in Vietnam and overseas
• Sale UUL bookings to NVOs/BCOs every week with certain targets.
• Offer quotation to customers according to the company guidelines or upon a written approval by General Director or Management
• Ensure quotation, service schedule, shipment plans, booking, send to customers timely
• Coordination with agents in Vietnam and overseas to provide service schedule and rates timely
• Sourcing new vendors (service providers)
• Check rates and schedule from carriers (service providers) weekly
• Prepare schedule and cost reports weekly
• Analysis of customer demands monthly
• Prepare weekly shipment plans for carriers (service providers)
• Prepare monthly flow share based on the rate analysis and demand of services
• Ready to back up other jobs from other colleagues, rotate other positions if any and support other colleagues if any.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year working experience in a global company (Carrier, Freight Forwarder or Logistics, Supply-Chain). Fresher can be accepted.
• BSc in Maritime, International Transports, Economic, Supply Chain, B.A. or relevant degree
• Good at English, reading, writing and communication.
• Chinese is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures, especially for the TP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables (willing to learn more functions).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Patience, honestly, assiduous, dynamic.
• Confident and experienced professionals in contributing the growing business in Vietnam. The position requires your enthusiasm, confidence, honesty, dedication and flexibility.
• The ideal candidate will be oriented and have abilities to work under pressure, and demonstrate capabilities to take over new unfamiliar tasks, also be a centralization of clear communication between the executive and others. You will need to be clear on information, communication, and then plan and schedule all of necessary meetings.
