IT / Helpdesk / System Administration Intern

iDeaLogic Vietnam is company that specializes in setting up teams of dedicated developers to work directly with one of our clients from Europe. You will effectively join their product development team.
Our teams follow Agile development principles and very close cooperation and communication is needed with our clients. Daily standups take place from our local offices, or team members can join from home if working remotely.
Online collaboration tools of either iDeaLogic or client are used to work in an effective and transparent way, where our team members are given lots of responsibilities to shine and proactivity is promoted and highly encouraged.
Due to the fast expending of our company, we are looking for qualified, talented and passionate candidates to fill our current job vacancies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up new computers (Installation O/S, networks, and Software)
Provide IT support for the end-users
Troubleshoot – hardware and software issues
Maintaining IT documentation

QUALITIFICATIONS:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, System Administration or related field.
Ability to use English in communication.
Have a passion and development orientation in the IT industry
Basic understanding of network device configuration (routers, switches, access points, …)
Ability to grasp and solve problem quickly
Knowledge about Active Directory and Azure is plus Skills
