Mô tả công việc

Advising international and Vietnamese clients on foreign investment, M&A, corporate, labor, etc.;
Preparing application for IRC, ERC and required license for FDIs;
Drafting, reviewing agreements/documents;
Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately;
Conducting legal research and analysis of information/legal documents;
Other legal works shall also be appropriately assigned to you by the Managing Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Having from 2 to 3 year experience as a legal assistant on FDI and M&A projects.
• Excellent command of written and spoken legal English
• Give clear and trusted advice to clients as required.
• Strong influencing skills, result-oriented, change management.
• Independence, strong communication, professional and proactive manner
• Have an aptitude for analysis and problem solving
