- Troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems. - Install hardware devices (computers, phones, access cards, ...) and software for users. - Monitor and support users to ensure compliance with regulations on IT and network security policies. - Operate audio/visual/IT equipment in meeting rooms. - Support online meetings via Polycom, MS Teams, Zoom,... - Train users on how to use IT systems and services. - Monitor and inventory equipment, software and licenses. - Other IT jobs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree of IT, Computer or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of: Windows OS, Office 365, mobile devices, computer networks.
- IT Helpdesk Professional, MCSA, CCNA (or higher) certificates are preferred.
- Commitment to confidentiality of all data/system information... in the process of performing the job as detailed deion of support work above. (Especially ensure that the information of online/offline meeting contents is not disclosed).
- Able to communicate in English
- Good communication and handle situations quickly
- Good at teamwork
