General Information: Job Title : Assistant Partnership Development Manager Division : Product Development Department : Product Alliance Location : Ho Chi Minh City Report to : Head of Product Partnership Department No. of subordinates : 0 I. Job Summary: The job holder is to support Head of Product Partnership Department in leading a North or South sales performance by attaining everyday sales target and surpass expectations of retail sales channel. He/she is responsible for not only building, maintaining the long-term relationship with Merchants/ Partners but also setting up, coaching, and training retail Sales team (if any) to perform respective sales process. II. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead and drive Sales volume: - Directly responsible to manage merchant portfolio to generate sales volume for retail sales channel. - Follow Up with the contact points in the merchants to solve any issues happen (if any) - Achieve consistent growth in sales volume in a highly competitive environment. - Assist Regional Sales Manager to oversee, grow, and coordinate with retail sales channel and to set, measure, and reach goals, plans, and sales targets for the company. 2. Develop retail sales channel’s market: - Develop marketing/promotion plan & implement it as per agreed objectives in order to Maximize profitability & achieve business growth. - Be highly responsive to retail sales channel’s needs & ensure their satisfaction in an environment where client needs are constantly changing. - Provide competitive market information. - Pro-act to changes in marketplace. 3. Reporting & others: - Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.

1. Qualification: University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
2. Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in corporate sales/ partnership/ Business development.
- Practical working experience in sales, leading sales teams
3. Knowledge:
- Retail Banking - Consumer finance, retail, e-commercal, Household appliance market or any potential industry.
- Knowledge of CRM, Sales finance product, Sales target set up and tracking, Build System and Application Programming Interface.
4. Skills:
- Sales, partnerships, and business development
- Negotiating, sales closing
- Merchant portfolio management, stakeholder management
- Leadership skill: Relationship building, Agility and adaptability, Conflict management
- Soft skill: Data-driven, Collaboration, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
