System Administrator

- Network Systems Management: Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of computer network systems. This includes familiarity with the working principles of routers, switches, and other equipment, as well as the operation monitoring and maintenance of network platforms.
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Carry out daily maintenance and management of office equipment and maintenance of technical files.
- Software and Hardware Management: Responsible for the research, inquiry, purchase, installation, upgrade, storage, and maintenance of system software and hardware. This also includes recording company assets such as company servers and employee computers.
- Network Security: Responsible for the safe operation of computer networks, safe server operation, and data backup. This includes Internet external interface security, computer system anti-virus management, user password and permission management of various software, and assisting various departments in data backup and data archiving.
- Network and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the normal operation and changes of network lines and maintain office equipment.
- Operating Systems: Familiar with Windows operating system & Office system installation, problem-solving, and email services.

- Education: Computer or IT related major, bachelor degree or above.
- Experience: Candidates with rich experience in network management and server network management will be admitted on a merit-based basis.
- Operating Systems: Understand the operating system and be familiar with Office and EMAIL service connections.
- Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, strong execution and communication skills, and good service awareness.
- Computer Knowledge: Be familiar with the basic structure of computers and understand the structure of servers and network construction.
- IP Cam Management: IP Cam connection establishment and management maintenance.
- Work Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
 Operating System (OS) Knowledge:
• Familiar with different operating systems, for example, Windows 7 to Windows 11 and Windows Server 2008/2012.
• Office 2010 to M365.
• Teams, SharePoint.
• You need to master their installation, configuration, day-to-day operation, and troubleshooting.
 Application Software Management:
• Understand and master the application software on the server, such as web services, DNS, DHCP, FTP, email, etc. These applications support the daily business needs of enterprises.
 Database Management:
• Master the installation, configuration, and daily operations of database systems. Common database systems include MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
 Network Equipment and Firewall Configuration:
• Familiarity with network devices, such as switches, routers, and the ability to configure and debug them.
• Understand firewall configuration and security policies to protect your network from potential threats.
 Data Backup and Disaster Recovery:
• Master data backup methods to ensure data security and availability.
• Understand disaster recovery strategies in case of system failure or disaster.

- Salary negotiable according to ability
- Support for 3 days of attendance salary/month, lunch, gasoline, house rental allowance, birthday gift & allowances for holidays, New Year, and hospitality according to law.
