Your.Rentals is the FIRST performance based SaaS for short-term accommodation owners and managers (vacation rentals, apartment rentals, b&b’s etc). We make the daily life of a property manager easier by providing simple tools to manage marketing, distribution and reservations in one place.
We have more than 30,000 registered users and distribution agreements with leading accommodation providers such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, TripAdvisor and Google Vacation Rentals.

Are you a good problem-solver, quick learner, interested in technology, and fluent in European languages? We’re looking for a caring, motivated, and self-starting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users, who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.

1. Customer Success Advocates
- Works one-on-one with a client to build a strong relationship and improve client retention and sales growth;
- Onboarding new customers with necessary product training. Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone, email, using a CRP tool;
- Identify property manager/owner needs and help them understand our product value or assist them to use specific features;
- Analyze data and provide feedback to improve the platform and the efficiency of the system for the client;
- Identify, document, and follow up with the Product team and the Connectivity team on product bugs and features;
- Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products;
- Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues and be a resource to teammates.

2. Customer Experience Specialist
- Checking the availability of accommodation for the Guests’ desired travel dates;
- Assisting Guests in processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers;
- Sorting out any issues that may arise before or after the Guests stay
- Answering any questions Guests/Owner might have about the properties, booking, and payment process;
- Providing support to Guests who may need to amend/modification or cancel a booking;
- Follow up with Guests/Owner to ensure that their issues are resolved;
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
- Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues and be a resource to teammates.

Skills and experience
- University-level education major in German, French, Portugal, Italian or Spanish
- Understanding spoken and written English is a plus.
- Experience working in the hospitality/travel industries.
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using web-based software
- Excellent problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Basic use of spreadsheets
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
