GIÁM SÁT PHÒNG CHẤT LƯỢNG (QD SUPERVISOR)

- Responsible for all physical test items of the quality department, and follow up IQC, IPQC, FQC abnormal quality events for analysis, and timely feedback quality problems.

• - To assist in the QD lab activities including labor planning, daily testing plan and testing machinery organization.
•  
• - Coordinate with QD team to control the quality of semi-products and FG and carry out daily quality control in all production stages including packing till going to FG WH.
•  
• - Co-operate with Production to ensure the approved production parameters to be applied and maintained correctly, complied with issued SOP
•  
• - Analyze and seek for solution to improve the process and KPI performance.
•  
• - Communicate and delivery the update/training to QD/other dept. as need.
•  
• - Review, update W.I, SOP for improvement process
•  
• - Report for daily, weekly, monthly.
•  
• - Other tasks assigned by Manager

-University degree: preferred graduated from technical University

- From 03-05 years' experience in Quality control and Quality assurance

- Thread manufacturing is preferred

- Familiar with ISO 9001, TQP, Lean six sigma

- Good some key soft skills: communication skill, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, etc

- Good English for 4 skills

- Understand of Dye/Finishing and manufacturing process is preferred

- Understand and able to use statistical tools, data analysis: QC 7-tool, Minitab

- Working hour: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:15pm) & 2 Sat/month (7:30am - 3:30pm)
