1.Leading new product equipment, tooling fixtures, and automation design/make/Debugging and improvement; 2.Follow up on new product introduction, trial production follow-up, and on-site problem solving; 3.Automated design, production and application of mass-produced products; 4.Equipment predictability/Preventive and routine maintenance; 5.Lead and assist third parties to carry out automated design, evaluation and application introduction; 6.Assist in production and processing equipment-related abnormalities and technical research; 7.training production/Debugging and application of technical equipment.

1. More than two years of experience in engineering and technical positions in the headset industry; 2. Priority will be given to those with experience in the introduction and production of TWS Bluetooth headsets; 3. Responsible for process abnormality analysis, countermeasures and improvement; 4. Preparation and confirmation of each engineering technical data (SOP, process flow) Figure); 5. Responsible for the introduction and mass production follow-up of new projects, digging out and responding to problems with new models, etc.

 Participation in functional Planning  Evaluation of Customer demands  Room by room Equipment planning  Creation of the room and department Equipment lists  Preparation of Generic specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)  Cost estimate  Technical Evaluation of offer from Suppliers/Manufacturers  Participation in Selection of Suppliers for Inquiries  Participation in selection of Suppliers for Purchase Orders  Preparation of the provisional pre-installation documents  Preparation/adaptation and presentation of the above-mentioned documents with/for the cus-tomers  Preparation of final pre-installation documents and interfacing with Civil and Mechanical & Elec-trical (M&E) works  Preparation and interfacing of loaded layouts and pre-installation drawings for medical equip-ment  Participation in discussions with customers  Participation in Preparation of project schedules and calculations  Coordinated and quality-assured approach in project handling in accordance with the Pro Fit Design and Engineering review
