Auction Link Procurement
- Research and identify potential suppliers and auction platforms.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on factors like quality, delivery time, and pricing.
- Place auction link orders accurately and efficiently.
Financial Management
- Process payments to Japanese suppliers.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and control costs.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare accurate purchase orders and invoices.
- Conduct post-purchase financial reconciliation and verification.
Warehouse Cooperation
- Resolve any issues related to shipping costs, payments, and customs procedures.
- Verify and reconcile goods information upon receipt.

Academic requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce, especially online purchasing.
