QC / QA SPECIALIST

WORKING PLACE:
158/C34 PHAN ANH STR, TAN THOI HOA WARD, TAN PHU DIST, HOCHIMINH CITY, VIETNAM
BINH DUONG, LONG AN, DONG NAI
WILLING FOR SHORT TRAVEL ABROAD OR WITHIN VIETNAM IF REQUEST, DEPEND ON PROJECT.
TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Full time, Mon – Fri; VN time: 9am – 5pm.
• Interact daily with Technical Team / Production Team to perform quality check of metal furniture (hardware, frame) based on shop drawings / technical drawings
• Interact daily with Production Team to get agreement between the customer’s needs and productions needs
• Perform quality check 100%, random check & sample quality testing with TUV, SGS center
• Daily report on SAP software
• Perform Lean Manufacturing with DMAIC to improve quality, reduce waste within factories.

1. BACKGROUND:
- College graduates and above with Mechanical, Construction or Architecture background.
PREFERABLY PUBLIC UNIVERSITY / FACULTY OF MECHANICS / ARCHITECTURE
- Having basic knowledge about Metal Furniture & Metal Material (Brass, Alu, Stainless Steel and Iron)
- Priority is given to candidates with experience, able to communicate in English.
- 1-3 years of working experience
2. SKILLS:
- Creativity: You must be able to think of new systems and new ways to work.
- Math Skills: You must understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical / Architecture Skills: Be able to understand mechanical / architecture concepts and processes easily, as well as use equipment and tools..
- Problem-Solving Skills: have skills to identify the source of the problem and create and test solutions
-Teamwork: Be able to work well with others in order to get the job done.
- Good CAD reading ability ( Autocad or Solidworks or Sketch)
