H3C Technical Support Engineer Job Deion Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for technical support and professional service delivery of H3C products, including project delivery support, network cutover support, and responsible for the feasibility of technical solutions; 2. Responsible for pre-sales product testing support for H3C products; 3. Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality in the technical support and service delivery process; 4. Escalate problems in the service delivery process in a timely manner and actively cooperate with other departments to solve problems; 5. Provide H3C product and technical training to H3C partners and customers.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, and computer science;
4. Proficient in basic theoretical knowledge of the network, familiar with the advanced knowledge of network (Static Route, STP, OSPF, Multicast, BGP, MPLS, etc.);
5. Familiar with the network products and solutions of mainstream data communication equipment manufacturers in the industry (routing and switching, wireless, security, etc.);
6. Have excellent network fault analysis and judgment skills, and the ability to organize and deal with complex network problems;
7. Candidates with certifications like CCNA, JNCIA, CCNP, JNCIP or equivalent certificate are preferred;
8. Good English or Chinese communication and expression skills;
9. More than 1 years of work experience.
